The issuance of a refund is only possible if a customer has claimed it as soon as possible. It is only possible when you require a different size of the jacket. You have to pay for the return shipping cost and this is only valid if the customer has claimed the return or exchange within 24 hours. Make sure that the size fits you perfectly before making any claims as we have an expert team actively working on the size, color, and design of the jacket before the shipping process starts. There are very few chances that you might find something that doesn’t fit you, always place your details with attention while placing the order. Return Policy conditions We have mentioned the terms and conditions of the return and exchange policy so there is no confusion between you and the store. The conditions are as follows: You can claim your return or exchange within 30 days of the time period. If the time has exceeded 30 days we will not be responsible for any dissatisfaction or errors. Please send us an email with all the details prior, and mention the reason for the return. Make sure to claim the return if the product is in its original form only. We must receive the product with the tag, or else the return won’t be valid. Make sure that the apparel is not washed even once if you have to return it. Any stains or mishaps may not be valid for the return policy. The customized parcels won’t be able to claim returns as they are only manufactured specifically for you. If you have to claim the return then you must pay for the return shipment costs. When you receive the ID or tracking number please send it to the customer support team. You may put the address details the same as the parcel received details were mentioned on the package on receiving.
